Investment in You

Therapy Investment Options

At Evolve Therapy, we are a private pay practice. While we don’t bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill that you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash or check

  • Debit and credit cards

  • HSA/ FSA cards

  • CareCredit

Fees are as follows:

Weekly Therapy:

$295 per 50- minute session
For all new clients starting September 2024

Therapy Intensive Sessions:

Intensive packages starting at $1,200

Sessions are customized to meet your goals and may include relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches including Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). Multi-day intensives may also be available depending on your needs. These can be scheduled as consecutive full or half days, or broken into shorter sessions over several days. We'll determine the best structure for you during your free consultation. I maintain a small caseload so I can show up fully for each client—and so you receive care that feels attuned and spacious, not rushed. Sliding scale spots are full at this time.

Policies & Cancellation

  • For weekly therapy, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a therapy intensive at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

  • Therapy intensives require 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid the full charge.

When you begin therapy here, it’s a mutual commitment. I set aside your session time specifically for you, and I approach that time with focus, care, and intention. Because your appointment time is held just for you, I ask for advance notice when rescheduling is needed so we can honor both our time and the work we’re doing together.

This work asks a lot from both of us—and I take that seriously. Outside of our sessions, I continue deepening my training and refining my approach so I can support you with care that’s thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with your goals. I simply ask that you show up for yourself with that same sense of investment.

We do not accept health insurance

I choose not to work directly with insurance companies because I believe therapy should be guided by your needs—not by limitations set by a third party.

Many insurance plans prioritize short-term, symptom-focused treatment. But the kind of work I offer—relational, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented—often requires more time, flexibility, and nuance than those models allow.

By remaining out-of-network, I’m able to protect the integrity of our work together. It allows me to offer care that’s more personalized, more responsive, and more attuned to what actually helps you heal—not just what gets covered.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a superbill and help you navigate the process. Many clients recieve 30%-80% reimbursement, so it is definitely worth calling your insurance provider and learning what your plan covers. Many insurance companies encourage brief forms and courses of therapy, and disincentivizing longer sessions, which means, that while some insurance plans may reimburse a portion of the cost, intensives are typically not fully covered by insurance.

I’ll provide a superbill for any billable sessions included in your therapy. Please speak with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment.

Let’s begin the work—together, and on your terms.
