Therapy is an investment.

Here's why this one is worth it:

If you've done weekly therapy before, you know how it goes — 50 minutes, a little progress, and then life gets in the way before your next session. It adds up in both time and money, often without the results you were hoping for.

A therapy intensive is different. You're not paying for more of the same — you're paying for concentrated, uninterrupted time to actually go somewhere. Most clients get further in a single intensive than they have in months of weekly sessions.

When you look at the numbers below, keep that in mind. This isn't a splurge.

It's choosing a more direct route to feeling better.
