Therapy Intensives in Phoenix, Arizona

TL;DR:
If weekly therapy hasn’t been enough to move the needle, therapy intensives offer focused, extended sessions that help you process more deeply, make faster progress, and finally feel relief from what’s been weighing you down. Serving clients in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Tucson, and across Arizona.

Deep, Focused Healing for Busy Individuals

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out—and traditional weekly therapy just isn’t cutting it?
Our therapy intensives in Phoenix, AZ, give you the space, time, and dedicated focus to work through what’s been holding you back.

These extended sessions are ideal for motivated adults who are ready to engage in deep, concentrated work and create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating trauma, chronic pain, burnout, or a major life transition, intensives offer a powerful alternative to the stop-and-start pace of weekly sessions.

Why Choose a Therapy Intensive?

In traditional 50-minute therapy, just as you’re starting to go deep, the session ends.

Therapy intensives break that cycle by giving you uninterrupted time for:

  • In-depth exploration of long-standing patterns and challenges

  • Accelerated progress with focused, extended work

  • Immediate relief from chronic stress, anxiety, or emotional pain

  • Integration strategies you can actually apply to daily life

With a therapy intensive, you’re not just talking about your struggles—you’re creating the time and safety to process them fully.

Is a Therapy Intensive Right for You?

Therapy intensives might be the right fit if:

  • You've done weekly therapy before and felt like you never had enough time to really get anywhere

  • You're ready to do focused, deep work — not just talk about your week

  • You want faster progress and are willing to be fully present for it

  • You're dealing with something specific you're ready to work through

  • You'd rather invest concentrated time and energy than spread it out over months

90-minute sessions might be the better fit if:

  • You're looking for ongoing support to navigate day-to-day life at a steady pace

  • You'd rather build the relationship gradually before diving into more intensive work

  • You're new to therapy and want to ease in before committing to a more intensive format

  • You're in a stable place and looking for consistent support to continue growing

  • You want regular check-ins to process life as it happens, not just one focused deep-dive

Not sure which is right for you?

We'll talk through it together on your consultation call.

Types of Therapy Intensives Offered

Trauma Therapy Intensives

For those dealing with complex trauma, PTSD, or unresolved emotional wounds. Using nervous system–based, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches, we focus first on creating safety and stability before moving into deeper processing work. Our goal is to address the root causes of distress—not just manage symptoms—at a pace that feels right for you.

Chronic Pain & Nervous System Regulation

For clients experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, or dysregulation. This intensive explores the mind-body connection and helps reduce physical symptoms linked to emotional stress.

High Achievers & Perfectionism

For professionals and parents who seem to “have it all” but feel burned out and unfulfilled. We address the beliefs driving overwork and help you cultivate balance and self-compassion.

Therapy for Therapists & Providers

A confidential space for healthcare providers to process their own challenges, prevent burnout, and reconnect with their purpose.

Custom Intensives

For grief, life transitions, identity shifts, or other challenges that need focused emotional support.

How is intensive therapy more cost-effective and time-efficient than weekly therapy?

Traditional Weekly Therapy (50 MIN)

20-30 minutes per session

Time Breakdown

10–15 min checking in
20-30 min processing

$2,400+ for 8 weeks (160–240 min processing)

Healing Pace

Slower, more fragmented over weeks or months

Progress often disrupted by life between sessions; it’s easy to lose focus or momentum

10–15 min grounding + focus
150+ min trauma processing
10–15 min integration + closing

Healing Pace

Accelerated—deeper, focused work without weekly resets

Real-Life Impact

More efficient, fewer sessions needed, and less time off work or managing childcare logistics

What Clients Tell Us

"I went in nervous and came out feeling like a weight had been lifted I didn't even know I was carrying."

"I've tried EMDR, talk therapy, all of it. Nothing got me as far as this did."

"It's a lot in one day, but it never felt like too much. I felt really supported the whole time."

"I didn't think one day could change anything. I was wrong."

"By the end I finally understood why I'd been stuck for so long — and I actually felt different, not just like I talked about it."

And they keep coming back…

Most clients who complete a therapy intensive choose to return for another. Whether it's continuing the work they started or addressing something new, the depth and pace of intensive work tends to create a kind of momentum that's hard to find anywhere else.
