*We charge a $25 fee to schedule a 15-minute consultation to get started with therapy. The charge exists to protect our schedules and prevent no-shows or late cancellations. The fee is applied towards the cost of your first therapy session if you do move forward.
Whether you’re reaching out for weekly therapy or an intensive, I’m glad you’re here. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
For Prospective Clients
Please read before booking your consultation:
I’m not in-network with any insurance plans, so full payment is due at the time of service.
There is a $25 fee for the initial consultation call. If you decide to move forward with therapy, that amount will be credited toward your intake session.
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Before scheduling, please be sure to review the Fees & Investment section to understand session costs and policies.
Weekly Therapy
Weekly therapy offers steady, ongoing support, giving you space to explore what’s going on at a pace that feels manageable. Meeting regularly helps us build trust and create a safe container for deeper insight, healing, and change. It also provides a consistent place to process emotions, reflect on patterns, and move toward the growth you're looking for.
Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives offer a focused, in-depth way to work through specific concerns in a shorter amount of time. Whether you're looking for immediate support or want to dive deeper into something that’s been holding you back, intensives create space for meaningful breakthroughs and accelerated progress. They can stand alone or complement ongoing therapy—either way, they provide a powerful opportunity for healing when you need it most.
Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)
DBR is a gentle, brain-based trauma therapy that helps you access and process deep-rooted emotional pain stored in the brainstem. It’s especially effective for attachment wounds, early trauma, and patterns that haven’t shifted through talk therapy alone.
This approach allows you to stay grounded in your sense of self while working through core emotional responses at their source. DBR can be used as a stand-alone therapy or as a powerful complement to ongoing work with another provider.
How Therapy Works
1. Start with a consultation
We’ll schedule a 15-minute consultation to talk through your questions and make sure we’re a good fit. No pressure—just a chance to connect and get clear.
2. Choose your path
We’ll meet weekly or in a focused therapy intensive—whatever fits best. Sessions are a space to dig into what’s really going on, process stuck experiences, and get tools that actually help.
3. Make real shifts and get clear
You’ll gain clarity, self-trust, and tools to change the patterns that keep you stuck—in your relationships, your body, and your daily life.
