    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    Parts work attends to the internal conflicts of our personality that, when left unresolved, can interfere with efforts toward healing. Parts work is vital to healing PTSD/complex trauma, dissociation, and chronic pain. We utilize Structural Dissociation Theory, Ego State Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
