What is psychotherapy?

How does therapy work?

At Evolve Therapy, we tailor our services to meet your unique needs. You will begin your journey with a complimentary 15-minute consultation call with one of our clinicians. During this conversation, you will share your aspirations and goals for therapy, allowing us to understand your needs better and assess if we're the right fit for you.


If it feels like a match, our clinicians will schedule a 75-90 minute initial intake appointment. Following this session, you and your therapist will collaborate on designing a personalized treatment plan. Together, you'll determine the most effective therapeutic approach to support your goals and establish the frequency of your individual therapy sessions.


Each individual therapy session is designed to last approximately 50-60 minutes, ensuring a focused and meaningful
experience. If you require additional time, you and your clinician can decide on the best course of action.
